Sexercise is a term used for the sex exercise, which means that those who does sex daily just like exercise enjoys the life and achieve a happy, successful, and satisfied human life. Sexual satisfaction makes the people to live for more years. Sex keeps you healthy throughout your life by more enjoyment of life, boosted immunity, and increased longevity.

Sexercise has many good effects on human health. Sexercise burns about the same amount of calories as running several miles. It also improves cholesterol levels and blood circulation.
